Because Holy Wood’s disturbances in reality were extending weak but opportunist tendrils even as far as Ankh-Morpork, a couple of little bluebirds flew around his head for a moment and went “tweet-tweet-tweet” before vanishing.

So I am still reading Orcs by Stan Nichols, but what I didn't realize at first is that this is actually 3 books in one (I think). So I am on the 3rd "book"

I am joining the fun over at . Reading Adventure (who is joining the fun over at Should be Reading ) Orcs by Stan Nicholls Pg 41--The kobold’s head leapt from its shoulders, flew to the side and hit the trail bouncing. Sitting upright, a fountain of blood gushing from its stump, the corpse was carried past by the uncontrolled kirgizil.
I will confess I bought this book solely because of the cover.

Teaser Tuesday
I am joining the fun over at . Reading Adventure (who is joining the fun over at Should be Reading ) I just started the book this morning (don't you raise an eyebrow at me, I did not just start the book so I could play). The book is The True Story of Hansel and Gretel A novel of war and survival. And the winner of my teaser search is.....p 102 "He lead them deeper into the trees through snow that was so soft he sometimes turned and picked up the girl, and the boy clung to his back. He could feel the faster beat of her heart through his coat. " GOOD GOD I couldn't have planned that better if I tried. Now THAT is Hansel and Gretel.
